The Register of Ohio, first published on July 3, 2000, is established under the Register of Ohio Act (Ohio Revised Code sections 103.051 to 103.054 and 119.037 to 119.039) and other related Ohio statutes enacted by Am. Sub. S.B. 11 of the 123rd General Assembly. This service provides public notice and information about state agency rule-making proceedings, including notices of public hearings required under the Ohio Administrative Procedure Act (Ohio Revised Code Chapter 119.).
